5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: Payment schedules (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion) will be defined in your specific invoice or contract.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or take down a website if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Services: Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope, a partial refund may be negotiated.

    • Hosting/Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to third parties (e.g., domain registrars, hosting providers) are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law (including Indian and US laws):

  • Webditech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
